Crumbling cliffs caught on camera at beach

Footage has captured the moment a large section of cliff crumbled in front of people walking along a beach.

The video was captured at Walton-on-the-Naze, on the north-east Essex coastline, on Sunday.

About 2m (6.5ft) of the town's cliffs are being lost to the sea each year due to the ferocity of the waves.

Tendring District Council said it had completed £70,000 worth of sea defence works nearby in November.
