Watch man defy gravity with plyometric push-ups
A personal trainer defied gravity when he performed 180-degree plyometric push-ups in front of BBC Look East staff.
Goulding, 31, from Bedford, has collected a second Guinness World Record after completing the most plyometric 180-degree push-ups in one minute.
Goulding managed to make difficult push-ups even harder by adding a 180-degree spin into the exercise while still planked on the floor.
He had made headlines when on 19 January he broke the Guinness World Record for completing 19 plyometric push-ups in one minute.
