Watch: Runners sprint for Olney Pancake Race glory
An annual pancake race, thought to be one of the oldest in the world, has taken place through the streets of Olney, Buckinghamshire.
The run dates back to 1445 and has taken place every year since it was revived in 1948.
Folklore says the town tradition started when a harassed housewife, rushing to attend church on Shrove Tuesday, ran to the service with a frying pan still in her hand.
This year's winner was Eloise Kramer. According to the rules of the competition, since this is the third time she has won the race, she cannot enter again.
