Watch: Jogger narrowly avoids being hit by crashing car

The moment a jogger narrowly avoided being hit by a crashing car on a street was caught on camera.

Footage showed a car colliding into several parked vehicles and a building, flipping over and narrowly missing a jogger.

The incident, which happened in July, was shared with the BBC by residents of Coggeshall, Essex, who said crashes and near-misses happened on a near-daily basis along part of West Street, where the speed limit is 40mph.

Local councillor Paul Thorogood said it was "a miracle" that no-one was hurt in the crash.
