Watch: Baby chimp doing 'really well' at zoo
A zoo said a newborn chimpanzee was doing "really well" under the care of its mother.
First-time mum Kora gave birth to the healthy baby at Colchester Zoo in Essex on 17 January, though keepers said it was too early to identify the offspring's gender.
Keeper Lizzy Gell said: "They're doing really well, really close to mum and will be for quite a while now.
"It's super exciting to have a youngster here at the zoo, it's been such a long time, we're really all excited."
It is the first chimpanzee born at the zoo since 2009.
