Man charged with raping woman in car park

A man has been charged with raping a woman in a car park, police have said.

Suleman Mukaish, from Worthing, is accused of raping the woman, aged in her 20s, in Lyndhurst Road car park in the West Sussex town at about 20:00 GMT on Wednesday.

Mukaish, 27, is due to appear at Crawley Magistrates' Court on Monday.

Sussex Police said it was treating the case as an isolated incident and was not looking for anyone else in connection to the investigation.
