A motorcyclist who died following a four-vehicle crash in Eastbourne has been described as an "amazing daughter, sister and mother".

Heidi Visser, 29, from Battle, died at the scene after the four-vehicle collision near Shooters Bottom Car Park, Beachy Head Road, on 1 April.

The mother-of-two was riding a red Honda motorbike.

A 19-year-old man from Eastbourne has been arrested on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving.

He has been released on bail pending further enquiries.

In a statement, Ms Visser's family said: "Heidi was a personal trainer and hairdresser and was very well known and loved in Heathfield, Uckfield and the surrounding areas.

“Her passions included body building and motorbikes, but most importantly, she had a passion for her children."

Sussex Police has appealed for witnesses.
