Watch: Murmuration of starlings dances above fen
A murmuration of starlings has been filmed dancing in the sky above a fen.
The sight was recorded by Colin Marriott above Redgrave and Lopham Fen, between Thelnetham, Suffolk, and Diss, Norfolk, on Saturday.
Murmurations are a natural phenomenon where thousands of starlings gather at dusk in winter.
The Suffolk Wildlife Trust said the area was the largest valley fen in England and one the most important wetlands in Europe.
