Musician wows train passengers with pop-up concert

Video showed a musician being cheered and applauded by passengers after she plugged in her keyboard on a train and took song requests.

Harriet Cree was on her way home to Ipswich after a gig in London when she delighted people on the Greater Anglia service.

The 25-year-old admitted she had consumed "one too many drinks" before playing the likes of Don't Look Back in Anger by Oasis and Journey's Don't Stop Believin'.

A video of the impromptu concert was uploaded on TikTok and had racked up more than 350,000 views in six days.

"I think everyone got a bit excited at the fact me and my dad were there holding a massive keyboard," Cree told Wayne Bavin on BBC Radio Suffolk.

"People were coming in from other carriages [and there were] lots of song requests."

A ticket inspector was won over by Cree's talents, revealing her favourite song was Let It Go from Disney's animated film Frozen.

"She was very nice about it and didn't shut it down but, yeah, I was probably a little bit annoying," the independent artist conceded.
