Police stop bus driver for breaking speed limit
Thames Valley PoliceA bus has been stopped by police after its driver was caught motoring at 41mph (66km/h) on a 30mph (48km) route.
Thames Valley Police said it happened while it was conducting a speed enforcement check on Amersham Road in Little Chalfont, Buckinghamshire, on Tuesday evening.
Eleven excess speeding offences were recorded in just over an hour and one motorist was recorded at 49mph (79km/h).
"All eleven drivers were reported for the offences and their outcomes will include education courses and points [or] fines depending on their speed," it added.
