Fire crews called to blaze at commerical buildings
Essex County Fire and Rescue ServiceCrews have tackled a fire involving three commercial buildings.
Essex County Fire and Rescue Service said that it was called to the blaze in London Road, close to its junction with Motherwell Way, in West Thurrock at 23:31 GMT on Sunday.
The service said 12 of its crews attended, as well as two further crews from the London Fire Brigade, with people living nearby told to keep windows and doors shut.
A spokesperson said that as of 06:20, only three crews remained at the site for "cooling and monitoring hotspots".
An investigation would take place once the fire was fully extinguished, they added.
