A man has been arrested after a "loving mother" was killed in a crash.

Sian Sanghera, 33, died when a grey Audi crashed on Barton Gate in Barton-under-Needwood, Staffordshire, shortly before 23:00 GMT on 28 February.

A 32-year-old man from Walsall had since been arrested on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving, Staffordshire Police confirmed.

He was also being held on suspicion of causing death by driving without due care and attention or reasonable consideration while unfit through drink.

A police spokesperson said the man had been bailed while the investigation continued.

Following Sanghera's death, her family said she was a "loving young mother, a devoted daughter and an incredible sister".

"She meant everything to our family and her loss has left a space that can never be filled," they said in a tribute.

"She was kind, caring and always put others before herself, especially her young daughter, who was her whole world."
