'I wish I had those times again' - rugby star on losing both parents

Meg Jones won the Rugby World Cup in 2025 - but was grieving her parents who both died within months of each other last year.

On Christmas Day, she will be on a plane travelling to India, where she will be maid of honour at her best friend's wedding.

She talks to Liz Clements and reflects on loss - especially during the festive season.
