Police officers looking for the missing partner of Sir Mick Jagger's granddaughter have found the body of a man.

Devon & Cornwall Police said a body had been found in the sea off Bude, Cornwall, at about 18:30 GMT on Saturday.

Officers said formal identification was yet to be carried out but it was believed to be Alexander Key, 37, from Boscastle, who was last seen in Boscastle at 14:20 GMT on 23 January.

His death is not being treated as suspicious and a file is due to be prepared for the coroner.

Key has two children with Assisi Jackson, the granddaughter of Rolling Stones singer Sir Mick.
