Bristol in Pictures: We're lost in music
Forwards FestivalThe eyes (and ears) of classical music fans were turned towards Bristol this weekend as the BBC Proms made their second visit to the city.
Performances at The Bristol Beacon and St Georges packed in thousands over the weekend, and there is more to come on Sunday.
Up on the Downs there was a different vibe as Forwards Festival, which also continues on Sunday, returned, while Old City Sounds laid on free performances at different points in the centre.
Elsewhere GCSE students have been celebrating, as have Bristol Rovers fans after a tricky start to the season.

Eljay BrissTop of the Proms: Bristol's own Paraorchestra kicked off the return of the BBC Proms this weekend, with an engaging performance at the Bristol Beacon on Friday night. There were other events on Saturday, and the Proms continue into Sunday.

IKB AcademyResults time: Thousands of young people across the city and nearby towns were opening their GCSE results and planning their next steps this week, including these pupils at Wellsway School and IKB Academy in Keynsham.
Bristol Rovers FCBattling on: Bristol Rovers managed to stem a run of defeats with a 0-0 draw against Oldham Athletic at the Memorial Stadium on Tuesday, following that up with a 1-0 victory against Cambridge United on Saturday.
Everyone ActiveCommunity Work: A new scheme offering access to leisure facilities to staff from organisations working with different communities in Bristol has been launched. Everyone Active, which has gyms across the city, has announced its first two applicants. The two are Bristol City Robins Foundation and Knives Down, Guards Up.
RUHTop team: The endoscopy team at the Royal United Hospitals Bath NHS Foundation Trust is celebrating achieving a top national award for excellence, being granted JAG accreditation from the Joint Advisory Group on GI Endoscopy, in recognition of the excellent care they provide patients.
Q5DGetting the tour: Portishead-based automation technology company Q5D welcomed MP Sadik Al-Hassan to a tour of its advanced robotics and software facility.
