Delays as key A-road closed after crash

A4 Keynsham Bypass has been closed in both directions

A key A-road connecting Bristol to Bath has been closed following a collision.

Avon and Somerset Police officers have shut the A4 Keynsham Bypass in both directions between Hicks Gate and Bath Road roundabout.

Keynsham Road has also been closed at the junction of the High Street while emergency services attend the incident.

There are long delays in the area and police have advised motorists to seek an alternative route.
