Young man dies after motorcycle crash

A man in his 20s has died after a crash involving his motorcycle.

Essex Police said officers were called to the single-vehicle crash which happened at the Belhus field off Park Lane in Aveley shortly before 21:30 BST on Thursday.

The force said paramedics attended to treat the man for serious injuries, however, he died at the scene.

Anyone with information or relevant footage has been asked to contact the force.
