Two more arrests after skate park double stabbing
Northamptonshire PoliceTwo more teenagers have been arrested in connection with a fatal stabbing at a skate park, bringing the total number of arrests to 11.
Mason Miller, 20, from Northampton, died following the incident at the town's Briar Hill Skate Park on 18 February, while a 17-year-old remains in hospital with life-threatening injuries.
A 17-year-old boy was arrested on Tuesday on suspicion of manslaughter, violent disorder and possession of an offensive weapon, and remains in custody.
On Sunday, a 16-year-old boy was arrested on suspicion of manslaughter and violent disorder. He has been released on police bail.
Ant Saddington/BBCOn Saturday, two 15-year-old boys and a 14-year-old boy arrested on suspicion of murder appeared at Northampton Magistrates' Court charged with violent disorder and possession of an offensive weapon, and were granted conditional bail.
On Tuesday Northamptonshire Police said two 17-year-olds and a 16-year-old arrested on suspicion of murder, and a 35-year-old arrested on suspicion of assisting an offender, had been eliminated from inquiries.
A 56-year-old man and a 33-year-old woman, who were arrested on suspicion of assisting an offender, have been released on police bail pending further inquiries.
Northamptonshire PoliceThe force said it was still keen to talk to anyone in connection with the incident and wanted to hear from anyone who was driving in the Kings Heath, Duston, Upton and Briar Hill areas of Northampton, between 14:00 and 16:00 on 18 February, or has dashcam footage.
It also wants to hear from any residents and businesses with CCTV or doorbell footage from the same time, who captured two males on electric motorcycles travelling in convoy.

"We know that the key to this investigation lies within the local community, and it is possible that some people have captured those responsible for the stabbings on CCTV or dashcam footage and may not realise that they have vital information which could help us.
"However small or insignificant you believe the information is, if you have not already done so, please get in touch as a matter of urgency.
"Any little detail may help us piece together what happened both before and after the incident at the skate park."
