A ninth person has been arrested in connection with the death of a man who was attacked in the street in Keighley.

Suhail Choudry, 35, was found seriously injured in Flasby Street on 8 February and died three days later in hospital.

West Yorkshiee Police said a 42-year-old man had been arrested on suspicion of murder and was being held in custody.

Choudry, a father-of-two, had been expecting a third child with his wife Zara, who in a tribute following his death, said he had been a "father before anything".

Three men, Mohammed Khan, 23, Hakeem Gulzar, 27, and Faisal Khan, 26, all from Keighley, are due to appear at Bradford Crown Court later charged with murder, possession of an offensive weapon in a public place and violent disorder.

Five other men arrested in connection with Choudry's death have been released on bail.
