Spring was in the air this week, and not just due to flowering plants and warmer weather.

New beginnings and recognition featured in the news in the form of a new Suffolk walking route, the announcement of Ipswich making the City of Culture longlist and a boy was named St John Ambulance regional cadet of the year.
