A fourth person has been arrested on suspicion of murder after a body was found in a marina.

Devon and Cornwall Police launched a murder inquiry after Drew Perham, 24, was found dead in Plymouth's Millbay Marina on Sunday. He had been reported missing by his family on Saturday.

The force said a 19-year old man from Plymouth was arrested on suspicion of murder on Wednesday and remains in police custody.

It said two other men, both aged 19, one from Plymouth and one from Exmouth, were arrested and released on bail.

Layton Randle, aged 19, of Oakfield Terrace Road, Plymouth, appeared before Plymouth Magistrates Court charged with murder. He was remanded in custody to appear in court on Thursday.
