Man denies murder following woman's death

A man has denied the murder of a 39-year-old woman at a home in Reading.

Edwine Kiplangat, 29, of London Road, Reading, denied the murder of Linner Sang at a hearing at Reading Crown Court on Friday. She was fatally stabbed at a property in London Road on 7 September 2025,

Kiplangat is due to stand trial at the same court on 2 March. He and Sang lived together at an address in the road, police said.

Kiplangat also denied two counts of assault occasioning actual bodily harm. He will also be tried over those in March.
