Three men will not face charges after a tracking device was found on the underside of a businessman's car last year.

Part of Norwich city centre was cordoned off following reports of a suspicious object under Besnik Ademaj's vehicle on Bank Plain in September 2025. Ademaj said at the time the incident had left him "terrified".

Three men were previously arrested and questioned on suspicion of stalking offences.

Norfolk Police said: "The incident has been fully investigated, and all lines of enquiry have been exhausted".

Two of the arrested men were in their 50s, and the third was in his 30s.

Norfolk Police thanked the public for their assistance.

In a statement, they said: "The case has now been closed, but as always, we would fully review any new information provided to us."
