Across Colombia, the blender provides the morning soundtrack of street vendors, cafés, and homes, whirring papaya, guava, pineapple, corozo, lulo, and countless other fruits into vibrant juices. Blenders are often passed down from one generation to the next, and many Colombians opt to repair theirs instead of replacing them.
