Fly-tipping CCTV released by council for first time
People living in one of the most fly-tipped parts of England say more needs to be done long-term to combat the problem.
Peterborough has the highest rate of fly-tipping in eastern England and, for the first time, the city council has released CCTV to show how it is tracking down offenders.
It is also considering creating a "rogue's gallery" so "perpetrators can be identified and named and shamed", it said.
