Suspect discovered in trash bin after evading police during traffic stop
Dashcam footage from the Huber Heights Police Department in Ohio shows a sanitation worker discovering a man who had fled a traffic stop earlier that day. In the video, the worker rolls a bin towards the garbage truck, lifts the lid, then quickly steps back while pointing towards the container. The suspect is then chased down by an officer.
Police say the suspect, who they nicknamed "Oscar the Grouch," was taken into custody without injury.
