Moment driver crashes into parked cars

This is the moment two people appear to flee from a vehicle after it hit multiple parked cars.

The red car can be seen hitting one of the vehicles with such force it is momentarily airborne, before car alarms ring out from both sides of the street.

The incident took place on 9 March at about 00:25 GMT on Maesglas Crescent in Newport.

Gwent Police said its investigation was ongoing.
