Celebrating 40 years of poetry on the Underground
For 40 years, poetry has travelled alongside Londoners on the Underground.
To celebrate this Poems on the Underground milestone, we asked commuters, staff and Londoners from every corner of the city to come up with their own lines.
The result is a shared ode to London.
The spontaneous poets are Simon, Ezana, Annie, Paul, Trishla, Giada, Renata and Innocent.
