Thames Water sorry as roadworks cause traffic delays
BBCThames Water has apologised for traffic disruption caused by its roadworks in Caversham.
Multi-way traffic lights were put in place on Monday on Prospect Street and Gosbrook Street.
It has resulted in queues of traffic in the area and into Reading.
Thames Water says it is "working hard" to complete the work "as quickly as possible".

The works on Prospect Street, which are expected to finish by Friday, are for new service connections.
Thames Water said advanced warning signs have been in place for several weeks.
Urgent repair works are also being carried out on Gosbrook Street. These have a permit until Wednesday.
A Thames Water spokesperson said: "We're sorry for the traffic disruption caused by our operational works in Caversham.
"We understand how frustrating delays can be, and we apologise for the inconvenience.
"Road traffic management is in place to keep our engineers and all road users safe, and we're working hard to complete this work as quickly as possible."
