Glenys Norquay joined a "toad patrol" in Edinburgh. She said: "It's toad migration season, when toads leave their winter homes and try to get back to their ancestral ponds for breeding. Toad patrol volunteers from the Lothian Amphibian & Reptile Group help them safely navigate some of the dangerous obstacles - busy roads, high kerbs, drains - in their way."
