Tributes have been paid to a motorcyclist who died several days after a crash involving a car and another motorbike.

Brian Evans suffered serious injuries on the A595 at Kirkby-in-Furness, Cumbria on 6 March.

He died on 11 March at Preston Royal Hospital.

His family said: "Brian was a dear husband of Anita, dearly-loved dad of Colette, much-loved "Pops" of Ebonie, and a much-loved friend to many."

Cumbria Police said it was investigating and asked for witnesses to contact the force.
