An arrest has been made in connection with a large fire in a barn that resulted in a man being taken to hospital with severe burns.

Emergency services were called to Back Street in Lakenheath, Suffolk, at 23:20 GMT on 29 January. Five fire crews tackled the flames throughout the night.

Suffolk Police said a man in his 70s was arrested on suspicion of false imprisonment and the cultivation of cannabis.

The injured man remains in hospital in a critical but stable condition, police said.
