The Met Office has warned of difficult driving conditions as more heavy rain is expected on Thursday

A yellow weather warning for rain which could lead to more flooding has been issued by the Met Office.

The warning will be in force between 05:00 GMT and 23:59 on Thursday and covers most of Devon and Cornwall.

The Met Office said 10-20 mm of rain was "likely" to fall, with some areas set for more than 30 mm. It comes as some areas across the region continue to recover from the affects of Storm Chandra and Storm Ingrid, including Torcross which lost a coastal road to the sea.

The Met Office warned of disruption to public transport services and said homes and businesses could flood. It said low impact surface water flooding was "probable" and warned of "difficult driving conditions".
