A 25-year-old woman has been charged with attempted murder in connection with a stabbing incident in Lurgan, County Armagh.

It happened in the Derry Street area of the town on Saturday afternoon.

A man was taken to hospital for treatment.

The woman is expected to appear before Lisburn Magistrates' Court on Monday.
