Man suffers life-threatening injuries in crash

Getty ImagesA man has suffered life-threatening injuries in a crash in Surrey.
The collision, involving a white BMW and pedestrian, happened at about 21:00 GMT on Tuesday in Farnham.
It took place at the Station Hill junction along the A31 Eastbound, Surrey Police said.
The pedestrian, a man in his 20s, was seriously injured and taken to hospital.
No arrests have been made, according to Surrey Police.
The A31 Eastbound was closed from Coxbridge roundabout, and the force said it would be shut until 1:30 GMT.
Officers said inquiries were ongoing, and have appealed for witnesses or anyone with relevant information to come forward.
