Cambridge festival adds more star power to line-up
Steven Howes/BBCMore artists have been unveiled for this summer's Cambridge Club Festival, with stars from the world of pop and dance.
Natasha Bedingfield, known for her smash hits Unwritten and These Words, will perform at Childerley Orchard, along with German-Turkish DJ Mousse T.
A number of female artists have already been added to the line-up, from Spice Girl Melanie C to legendary vocalist Chaka Khan.
This year's festival runs between 7 and 9 June.
BBC/ContributedThe festival, which is a relative newcomer, grew in capacity in 2023 and welcomed 25,000 people.
Bedingfield's Grammy Award winning debut album Unwritten, featuring the hit song of the same name, celebrates its 20-year anniversary this year.
Unwritten saw a resurgence in popularity following its inclusion in the film Anyone but You in December.
She is set to perform on the festival's opening night alongside Mel C and Jessie Ware.
The Cambridge Club's head of marketing, Sam Mellor, said: "It's always been about cultivating a fun, feel-good atmosphere – and nothing beats disco and dance-influenced music for that purpose."
Also appearing at the festival are Rebecca Ferguson of X Factor fame, Soul II Soul and Gabrielle.
