Country to Country returns to Belfast - all you need to know

Billed as Europe's biggest country music festival, with stars like Keith Urban and Zach Top, C2C: Country to Country will be back in Belfast at the weekend.

The event starts on Friday and runs for three days at the SSE Arena.

The Belfast concerts are part of a UK-wide festival along with Glasgow and London.

Organisers said it was the best place outside North American to see the stars and emerging talent of country music.

Who is performing at Country to Country?

Fans in Belfast on Friday will be able to see headliners Brooks & Dunn along with Drake Milligan, Kameron Marlowe, Ashley Cooke and Mackenzie Carpenter.

Saturday night at the SSE will be headlined by Zach Top, along with Scotty McCreery, Ty Myers, Waylon Watt, and Noeline Hofmann.

Things will be rounded off on Sunday by Keith Urban, along with Russell Dickerson, Tyler Braden, Alana Springsteen and Bayker Blankenship.

How do I get to Country to Country in Belfast?

Organisers are encouraging people to use public transport to get to the SSE Arena.

The G2 Glider service stops outside the venue and Titanic Quarter railway station is a 10 minute walk away.

Car parking is also available at the arena.

Can I listen to the concerts if I'm not going?

Yes - BBC Radio 2 is the broadcast partner for the event and will be broadcasting from The O2 in London.

All the main names performing in Belfast will also be taking to the stage in London.

Bob Harris will be live on Radio 2 from 15:00 to 18:00 GMT on Saturday and 15:00 to 17:00 on Sunday.

"I've been extremely proud to host the Country to Country Festival in London since the very first weekend in 2013 and I can't wait to host the main stage again this year," Harris said.

"It's been incredible to see C2C grow into a standout moment in the global country music community."
