Work ongoing to repair burst water main
BBCWork to fix a burst water main in Oxford is running into a second day.
Homes and businesses in the OX3 postcode, which includes Headington and Marston, faced disruption to their water supplies after the main, on the cycle path near Foxwell Drive, burst on Monday.
Thames Water said work on a long-term repair was under way after a temporary mend on the pipe did not hold and caused flooding in the area.
The water firm said supplies should remain unaffected while the work was being carried out. It is expected to be completed later.

Ahead of the repair work, Thames Water said isolating the burst had been challenging as the valves were hard to locate due to flooding and overgrown grass.
Tankers have been used to pump in water during the work on the main.
The firm has apologised to customers for any disruption to supplies.
It has urged any residents who might need extra help to sign up to the company's priority services register, and said it was already delivering bottled water to those who are registered.
Carers, friends or family can also register on behalf of someone they think could benefit from extra support.
