Two arrested after 'suspicious death' in Sleaford

Two people have been arrested in connection with the death of an elderly woman in Sleaford.

Police were called to an address in the Sandringham Way area at about 02:00 GMT on Sunday where the body of an elderly woman was found.

Lincolnshire Police said it was "investigating a suspicious death" and a 74-year-old man and a woman, 75, had been arrested.

The force said it was in the very early stages of the investigation and officers would be present in the area for some time.
