Two people rescued from beach after landslide
BBCTwo women have been rescued from a beach after being cut off by a mudslide.
HM Coastguard said the pair were "cut off by the tide and mud" after the landslide on the Isle of Wight near Nodes Point, St Helens, at about 15:00 GMT on Saturday.
The pair were picked up from the beach by a lifeboat and "returned to shore" by Bembridge Lifeboat and Coastguard Rescue Team.
Hampshire & Isle of Wight Fire and Rescue Service said the rescue had taken approximately 90 minutes and an ambulance crew assessed both women were uninjured.
