Police believe Warren Hunsdon may have been stabbed and needs medical attention

Police are searching for a man believed to have been seriously injured in a stabbing.

Suffolk Police was called at 17:00 GMT on Sunday to reports of a fight involving several people at a property in Piper's Close, Haverhill.

Officers believe 53-year-old Warren Hunsdon was one of two people reported to have suffered stab wounds and police fear he may need urgent medical attention.

A second man was arrested and taken to hospital for treatment.

A woman in her 30s has been arrested on suspicion of aggravated burglary.

Hunsdon is described as white, 5ft 9in (1.7m) tall, medium build, with grey hair and tattoos on his arms.

He was last seen wearing a blue long-sleeved top.

Suffolk Police said it is thought those involved were known to each other and therefore there is no threat to the wider community.

However, anyone who sees Hunsdon is advised not to approach him and instead call 999.
