A man has died in a crash involving a motorcycle and a car near Goole.

Emergency services were called to the A161 Kings Causeway at about 09:00 BST on Saturday after a black Suzuki motorcycle and a bronze Mini Cooper collided between Swinefleet and Eastoft.

Humberside Police said the motorcyclist, a 35-year-old man, was pronounced dead at the scene.

Appealing for witnesses or anyone with relevant dashcam or CCTV footage to come forward, the force said the man's family had been informed and were being supported by specialist officers.
