A second man, an 18-year-old from Oldbury, was charged with wounding with intent and being concerned in the supply of crack cocaine and a Class B drug.

Police said the pair had been remanded in custody by magistrates and were due to appear at Reading Crown Court in January.

In the incident at the car park, a 19-year-old man suffered serious but not life-threatening injuries.

He was taken to hospital but has since been discharged.

Thames Valley Police said following its investigation a third man, a 19-year-old from Manchester, had been charged with two counts of possessing Class A drugs with intent to supply and possession of criminal property.

The force said he was expected to appear at Oxford Crown Court in January.
