Third murder arrest after man attacked at house

BBCA third person has been arrested on suspicion of murder, following the death of a man in Chesterfield.
Jason Smith, 53, was taken to hospital after being found injured at a property in Southgate Way, Barrow Hill, on 20 January, but died two days later.
A 26-year-old man, from Sheffield, was arrested on Tuesday in connection with the death but has since been bailed, police said.
Two other men, aged 20 and 46, were previously arrested on suspicion of murder and have since been released on bail.
Police have urged witnesses or anyone with information on the attack on 20 January to come forward.
