Three men found guilty of attempted murder
AlamyThree men have been found guilty of attempted murder after a woman was shot inside a house in Dudley.
Two gunshots were fired at the house on Priory Road on 3 July 2025, with one of the bullets causing the woman to suffer serious injuries.
Kile Straker, 35, from Wolverhampton; Ethan Colbourne, 22, from Tipton; and Kieron Atkins, 26, from West Bromwich, were found guilty at Wolverhampton Crown Court on Monday after the jury deliberated for 13 hours.
Colbourne and Atkins were also found guilty of possession of a firearm with intent to endanger life. Straker had already pleaded guilty to theft of a motor vehicle, as did Colbourne and another man, Stephen Simms.
In addition, Ranvir Gill was also found guilty of theft of a motor vehicle.
The five men will be sentenced at Birmingham Crown Court on 26 March.
