Man dies following crash near Whitebridge in Highlands

A 50-year-old man has died following a single-vehicle crash near Inverness.

Emergency services were called to an unclassified road at Whitebridge, south east of Loch Ness, at about 18:45 on Friday.

Police said the man was pronounced dead at the scene.

A spokesperson said inquiries into the crash were ongoing.
