Detailed plans released for 120-home estate
Pegasus GroupA new 120-home estate set to be built next to a Herefordshire market town will include a number of houses marked as affordable and a "network of green spaces" around the site, if it gets the final go ahead.
Gladman Developments, part of the Barratt group, gained outline permission at appeal a year ago for the scheme but has now submitted a more detailed application for its design.
The estate is set to be built at Flaggoners Green, between the main A44 and Panniers Lane, to the west of Bromyard.
In its latest application, the developer has revealed plans for affordable housing, split between 29 two, three and four-bedroom properties, and 19 two and three-bedroom houses for shared ownership.
All houses would be two-storey, "consistent with the surrounding residential character of Bromyard", the application said.
Pegasus GroupAround the site are plans for a network of green spaces, including a playground and drainage areas.
Comments on the proposal can be made until 29 January.
