Samir Patel, 42, has appeared at Wolverhampton Crown Court and denied a charge of assisting an offender after being arrested in Walsall in January.

His application for bail was refused.

Mohammed Maneer Khan has been charged with their murders, and is also accused of attempted murder and two firearms offences.

A second man, Yaseen Patel, 34, from Birmingham, has previously been charged with assisting an offender.
