Depending on your point-of-view, this robotic cat is either a tender, lovely companion – or not quite right.

The Future team is divided. Are these robotic cats a cute pet surrogate or a glimpse into a Blade Runner-esque future?

It’s well-known that some people get an unsettling feeling when seeing near-human robots: it’s called the uncanny valley. The question is, can the same apply to android cats?
