Gun attack plotter declares support for Isis

This is the moment Amar Hussein tells police he supports Isis, otherwise known as the so-called Islamic State group.

The 52-year-old has been jailed for 26 years for planning a mass gun attack on the Jewish community in Manchester, alongside his accomplice Walid Saadaoui, 38.

The pair were caught by an undercover operative who played a "crucial role" in foiling their plans, Greater Manchester Police said.

The force said the attack could have been "the UK's most deadly terror attack".
